I made an appointment for a third delivery and planned to be home to sign. Today the regular mail was delivered but not the package. I called the post office and was told that they refuse to deliver for a third time, despite the fact that I was informed by a USPS phone agent that it would be redelivered today. The Oscawana post office clerk provided no willingness to accommodate my needs and insisted that I drive over to pick it up.

A nice lady help an older woman to her car with her mail bin & the PO workers delivered the UPS package that I accidentally gave to them to the proper drop box across the street.
