- JLJim LaheyOct 5, 20261.0Kevin used to be friendly and professional but it seems something has changed and made him bitter and extremely rude. He used to greet people with a smile and friendly banter, but now he seems to hate being a post office worker, and it shows. The post office is littered with the scribblings of a madman. Paper signs plastered all over the walls, windows and even on stands in the middle of the floor stating they won’t do QR codes anymore (which is literally part of their job to provide that service to the customers) and a petty remark on his latest sign about the “chicken scratch signs” statement a previous reviewer made in their review. He reads these reviews, so he knows his behavior is wrong, unprofessional and upsetting the customers. Instead of him reflecting and making a change for the better, he’s now doubling down and taking his anger out on us. This is also the only location I know of that closes for 1-2 hours in the middle of the day. Waiting at the counter for him to finish his cigarette is a common occurrence. Also don’t come in with more than one package, that seems to tick him off, and get ready to be interrogated about its contents. Needless to say, after 15 years of doing business here, I will gladly switch to the Lagrange location where you are welcomed in to a clean, smoke-free, sign-free space, where they will do their job properly and professionally. - Mr. Lahey (Sunnyvale Trailer Park Supervisor)
- TTTSep 10, 20261.0THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL! DOES NOT WANT TO DO HIS JOB! Makes up his own rules and hand writes chicken scratch signs all over the place. I counted 15 HANDWRITTEN SIGNS! Says he is NOT ACCEPTING QR CODES because he doesn’t feel like doing his job! It’s an option to select digital QR codes for every single post office in America, yet he JUST DOESNT WANT TO! Went to two other post offices and they said they have been having issues with him for a long time and that even the post master does not stand up to him. This is a disgrace of a post office and disgrace of a man!
