- MPMathilda PassionsFeb 27, 20261.0My first time coming into this store to return an order. Not sure why the worker decided to be rude and dismissive towards me when I asked how the process worked. She pointed towards the envelopes then told the customers behind me to come forward and even though one hesitated and said “ no it’s her turn” she responds “she’s not ready” when I was just looking for an envelope. Then when I came to do my return her and her coworker made jokes about me not knowing what to do and how I grabbed the wrong envelope. I replied on how I was confused and they both got aggressive and began to bully me for being confused and telling me I should’ve known bette. Super unprofessional. Please hire more compassionate workers and start retraining immediately.
