    They don't have much. This actually might be the smallest Staples in the country. If you need a pair of headphones or ink for your printer, its fine, but anything atypical is not in stock here.

    Super bummed about the horrible experience. I submitted a day of print order for our wedding invitations on 4/20/26. We went to pick them on on the afternoon of 4/20 and the prints were not cut to center. The staff treated us like idiots and claimed the design was not centered. After they confirmed the design I submitted was in fact centered they told us they would resubmit it and reprint but we would have to wait another day. We went back on 4/21 to pick up the prints but the person on 4/20 never resubmitted the order. So we went back on 4/22 to pick up the prints only to have the colors be completely different. The staff instructed me to remove the shadows from the photo because the photo that was supposed to be green turned out black. I then edited the photo and the design to remove all shadows and dark colors. The staff said they knew about the issue with the printer but there was nothing they could do about it. So they resubmitted the order. We went back on 4/23 only to find out they never resubmitted the order. I asked for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do a refund without the card the order was placed with which I didn’t have on me. So I asked them to resubmit it. So finally I went back on 4/27 7 days after the order was to be completed only to spoken down to like I was an idiot when I pointed out that even after editing the photo and turning up the brightness the photo turned out black. I then asked for a refund which suddenly they were able to do in 5 seconds after being hassled during my previous visit over the refund. All in all I should have just placed the order with another company to save the headache and stress of having our wedding invitations completely botched 3x. Ultimately the biggest issue is that the print counter is horribly understaffed I truly felt terrible for the employees who were working through this with me as they were so overloaded with other work they couldn’t have possibly even helped me right away. The lines were always long and you can tell the employees are repeatedly treated poorly due to issues like this. Ownership should provide the print counter with more resources so they can actually fulfill their promises made on the website for high quality day of prints.

    Printed a banner for me, but then told me I had to go to another location to pick it up, even though the Poughkeepsie location was the location selected. Went to Wappingers and they could not print it, but they told me the Poughkeepsie location had actually successfully printed it and that I had to go back there to get it. I went there at 7:45pm and was told by the manager that they were "closing the store early" and that he could not ring me up for the banner. I have never heard this one from a corporation before! I really messed up as a small business owner by trying to utilize the services of this corporate giant. Staples' business model ensures inefficiency, incompetency, and complacency from their underpaid and overworked employees. They wasted more of my time (=money) than the cost of the banner. We will never use corporate printers again.
