  ⭐️ 1-star review Very frustrating experience at the printing center. The employee was not helpful and, most importantly, did not explain upfront that my doctor’s orders could not be printed there. I waited and wasted my time only to find this out afterward. If something cannot be printed, customers should be told clearly before they spend time waiting. The lack of communication made this experience extremely frustrating. I expected better customer service and would not want to go through this again.

  This store seriously needs to hire more employees. Every time I come in, there only seem to be about three people working—one person in the print department and two people at the registers. I almost never see anyone available on the floor. These employees need HELP. Literally everyone standing around me today was waiting to pick up a print order, and none of our orders were ready—including mine. My order was actually supposed to be ready yesterday. I received an email saying it would be ready by 7:30 PM, and I even called beforehand to confirm because that seemed unusually late. Normally, my orders are ready within a couple of hours, or at least sometime that afternoon if I place them early in the morning. When I called, the employee explained that she had around 30 orders to complete, which immediately told me how understaffed they were. I ended up arriving at 7:48 PM, only to find that the store had already closed. I came back today, and the person working in prints told me my order still wasn’t ready. Keep in mind, I placed a very small business card order. Another customer was simply waiting for some papers to be laminated. These weren’t huge or complicated jobs—they were just clearly overwhelmed with the amount of work and not enough employees to handle it. I honestly feel bad for the employees because this doesn’t seem like their fault at all! They’re short-staffed and doing what they can. I had already been there for about 25 minutes before finally being helped, and while my cards were being cut, another employee suddenly came out and asked everyone if we were being helped. At that point, we had JUST finally been helped. It honestly felt like that employee waited until the person on the floor had already worked through the entire crowd before coming out to assist. Management needs to schedule more people, especially in the print department. The employees shouldn’t have to deal with a line of frustrated customers while trying to handle dozens of orders by themselves.
