- RBRobert BrowerJun 7, 20261.0I was there at 12:57 pm and went up to the register and there was a young girl with her hair in a bun eating a don’t it danish and dancing at the register while she was using some cell phone looking to device to take merchandise. After she was done with the customer I asked if she was just going drop offs and she wasn’t ringing up customers. So I went to wait on a different line to check out. Soon after that she moved to a he register right next to her and and said can I take the customer . That next customer should have been me . She was drinking, eating and dancing at register. Doesn’t smile just a miserable individual. She then wrang me up mane I said thank you with no response back like have a nice day. Staples can do better that her. The cashier number was 3071716. Hopefully management can track her down with that number and speak with her. They can check the cameras also and see her dancing and eating behind the counter. Very unprofessional!!!

The lady in the copy center was busy with other customers but quickly acknowledged me and said "she would get to me as soon as she could. It was only about 2-3 minutes that I had to wait. Marie is her name and she recognized me as a regular customer which I am. I thanked her for quick service that was friendly and professional. She is an excellent representation for Staples and role model for her team 👏. People like Marie are hard to find and deserve a lot of credit for their dedication to the job. Thank you Marie.
