A college town has a rise and fall in the call for office services. Add to that the number of students and faculty from other countries, some of whom can be difficult to understand and be understood, address changes, and packages to be sent and received. And on top of all this is the reluctance of Congress to fund services adequately and I, for one, think the postal employees deserve medals.
