They don’t make sure door mail box is is closed, delivery wrong address! He doesn’t have to Pay late bills if mid delivered or get sicker if meds not delivered!!! Just wrong and scary when we can’t Trust our mail delivery person!!! When regular driver went out for hip surgery this sub would miss mail pick up when Red Flag was up! He would cross roads back fourth when ever he wanted, miss delivering continued 1 1/2 now!!!!! If am expecting a check and it’s not delivered is another concern
