- MMMktAug 4, 20261.0Very disappointed in the lack of service/ rudeness I witnessed here. I came on 8/4/26 at about 1:00 pm.There was a gentleman in front of me who waited on line patiently, and then when it was his turn asked to make an appointment for passport Renewal. The ONLY person working informed the gentleman that he could do it right then and there which the gentleman then said ok sure.She(the employee)started the process with him. The gentleman was very responsive with everything she asked, even though she was speaking half sentences. In return however when the gentleman had a question, she would not answer it, leaving him waiting for a response. Mind you, he was asking valid questions being that she was so vague in everything she was saying the whole time. And then, after a few minutes, she tells him, sir I have a line! He said yes, I know that’s why I’m trying to ask you these questions to get this done. The rest of us on this line were appalled, at how she was treating this man. He was such a nice man, even turned around and apologized to us waiting, even though it was not his fault. I’m so sick and tired of employees, acting as if they won’t get fired for their horrible attitude and lack of job performance. Do better USPS!

He does not speak english. & there is 10 people online. He declines to accept my package and tells me to leave after waiting 45mintes on line because he has to leave! An absolute disgrace to PLAINVIEW POSTAL SERVICE.
