- JRJoe RougierApr 4, 20261.0The mail delivery in Pine Plains is absolutely horrible. My mail has been delivered to neighbors and not delivered at all. I have called and complained and it was better for a short time. The mail carrier put packages on top of my mailbox and then they were found in the middle of the street when the wind blew it there. Then packages were delivered and put next to my door and the letters that day were put on top of the package. Thankfully no wind or all my mail would have blew away. The carrier for our area in the definition of incompetence.

Larger packages which are boxes are placed in snow or wet grounds Mud now, instead or steps which are8 feet away. Not happy to give a 1 star. Will be calling post master soon.

Then we you are rightfully upset and go in, you can not show that you are upset or else they will give you an attitude. I can't trust ordering things online because of this post office. Sadly, I live in the town and it is all we have. The mail carrier doesn't care if she does her job right or not and is often nasty. They really need to get a new one, but no matter how many complaints against her, nope.
- SGSteven GillFeb 13, 20171.0My neighbor gets my packages, I get my neighbors packages, anything put in the mailbox to be mailed, doesn't get delivered...packages left in the snowbank beside the mailbox, which were obviously soaked... Terrible...
