This has happened with every single instance and I will no longer be using their services. Save your time and money and just use UPS or FedEx, I've never had an issue with them.

No call was received and the lady said she called 3 times and no answer, I received 0 phone calls but other peoples calls go through no problem.the lady simply told me that my phone number was wrong and it was my correct number on the box. But before hand I called multiple times and my girl friend called multiple times for the first two days after they were sent to them and There’s no way to actually get ahold of them. For some reason I expected this to happen. I was going to give 1 star but because all my birds are somehow alive I will leave 2. I’m not sure if it was a problem on my end but I just don’t understand how it happens.
