- BABrandy almazanAug 10, 20261.0Kathy is very rude has a nasty attitude. She gives a bunch of false information, She wouldn’t take my package and many various times because she is lazy and doesn’t want to do her job. One time I bought many packages and she told us to get a QR code for all of them instead because she didn’t feel like scanning all of them meanwhile, that’s her job. I spoke to the manager as well, and he was very nasty with me, He kept yelling at me over the phone, not letting me speak. Turns out everyone here is Very disrespectful with no manners except Sarah. Kathy always has an issue with Every package I bring. When Kathy denied a package I bought I Bought it to a different post office instead and they accepted it. It’s so sad that the Pelham post office is full of many nasty people, including The manager who you’d expect to make everything better.

- MRMely RojasJun 20, 20261.0Very good easy location but should update the website. Yesterday, June 19th, I first checked online and it says open at 9 a.m. and when I got there it was close. Today I went back early in the morning,, it was pretty full and having troubles to print the labels, it took about 45 minutes waiting in the line to fix their problems and when it was finally my turn the machine stocked again and she told me I had to go somewhere else, instead of try to fix it again. I still have my important package to send with me. Two days loosing time, not good.
