So incredibly unprofessional disorganized I was told to come a few minutes early for my passport appointment, i did as they said, and I have waited over an hour to get my passport done because they decided to take their lunch break during the scheduled appointment. Please don’t get your passports here. They do not prioritize other people even though its their job.

- KKKSoFoxxy (KluvzCookiez)Jan 19, 20191.0I do not like the service at this location and its 4 years and counting now im very upset i mailed 3 very important documents over 2 weeks ago that couldn't be scanned emailed or faxed I couldn't drive to deliver them and was not taking a 4 hour flight either the recipient has not yet received them and it addressed in the USA how is the simplest task not completed its 2019 I rather have robots working at this location because the people they hire are not capable of doing the job
