- AMAna Patricia MarinJun 12, 20261.0DONOT USE THIS PLACE!!! Very disappointing experience at this USPS location. I came in to ship an international package and was trying to explain that addresses in my country do not always use street numbers the same way as in the U.S. Instead of helping me understand what information was needed, the employee RAISED his voice at me several times and made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable while I was simply trying to get help with my package. What also left a bad impression was that the computer asked about my experience (courtesy/fairness), and before I could respond, the employee quickly pressed the screen himself. That made me feel even more uncomfortable and unheard. I understand policies must be followed, but customer service should include patience, professionalism, and respect — especially when someone is genuinely confused and asking for help.
