- RRRache RacheAug 15, 20261.0I am extremely concerned about my mail service. On multiple occasions, I have received mail in my mailbox that was already open, including a recent letter from a government office. I have also noticed through USPS Informed Delivery that certain expected letters have not arrived. I am documenting these incidents and will be filing the appropriate reports legally! This has happened multiple times!!!!! I’m sick of it

The post master or management. Needs to boost morale and adapt to the times. A lot of 💌📬 mail men , mail women feel unsafe and unsure due to the public and toxic work culture. When I was growing up everybody wanted to get into the Post office. It was a high demand job. I use the Patchogue Post office weekly and would love to see it properly staffed.

They also called to confirm it was delivered & explained what the issue was. Awesome customer service.
