- BRbadalb RaoApr 8, 20261.0I am writing to formally complain about a very disappointing experience at one of your UPS Store locations. I visited the store to drop off a package and had already paid for a shipping box. However, the staff was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke disrespectfully throughout the interaction. Despite already paying for the box, I was asked to pay an additional $10 for another box and $2 just for tape to seal the package. I find it unreasonable for a store of your reputation to charge extra for such basic service without clear communication. Additionally, the staff created a shipping label for me even though they knew I had not yet received a box. I was told that I could use this label at any UPS store, which turned out to be incorrect. When I visited another location, I was informed that the label had already been processed (manifested) and could only be used at the original store. I requested a refund for the unused label, but it has not been processed despite multiple follow-ups. Due to this misinformation, I had to visit multiple stores over three days and ended up paying extra to ship my package from another location. I have already reported this issue to UPS headquarters, but no action has been taken so far. Investigate this matter thoroughly Process my refund as soon as possible Take appropriate action to prevent such behavior and misinformation in the future
