  I visited this post office today just for a simple mailing service. As I’m stood in line, I witnessed a very professional and patient young man named Keyshawn explaining in detail to an older woman the process of what I think was Passport services. I thought to myself that if that was my mom who struggles with instructions sometimes came across someone like him I would be more than pleased. His patience and professionalism was highly noted. This young man needs recognition, he is mentioned numerous times in this locations reviews of displaying the same mannerisms. Great job and thank you, young man.

  Keyshaun seems to be the only person who actually does his job here. Everybody else is very lazy.

  I wish Google let you give a 0 star review because this is insane. The workers here have no manners is shame, yelling at people like they’re farm animals, but I guess it’s sort of understandable since it was only one woman working on everything and there was another man too, so severely understaffed and overworked it seems. No air conditioning. Had an appointment at 2 and they took everyone is the line before us and another woman who was also there for passport stuff. This place should hire better workers and overall gave a better management. The line still is huge, people here have been waiting for ages.

  According to their website you can do a walk-in on Thursday for passport. I showed up at 8am. The door didn't open until 8:30am. I was told there was no passport agent at this time and to come back at 9am. I waited outside until 9am. I stepped back in and was told the agent is here but needs 10 minutes. I waited again. Finally the same agent who told me he couldn't process the passport told me he will try. He mixed up all my paperwork and ask questions not relevant to the passport. I ask for him to hand my documents over to his colleague (who was the agent I was supposedly waiting for). Of course this colleague had an attitude. He said I can't process it faster than him. I told him it's not about time because I have been there since 8. Upon reviewing my documents 1 page was missing, the agent stack up my forms and was going to hand it to me. I told him it was there ask the other agent for it. After looking through his papers he found it and handled it over. At this point I hit my limit and was out of patience. Also the post office was empty, so they were not rushed. I will try again at another post office. The key take away is go somewhere that wants your business. If you must go to this post office, don't waste your time go after 9am. This is not first time I arrived as per there posted hour and was left standing outside.
