- KAKevin A.Jan 16, 20261.0Our driver never even came to the door to attempt a delivery yesterday, instead just left the 'sorry we missed you' and we now have to go to the PO to pick up our package. The PO policy, is the last name must match to allow pickup, so I was told. That's a great policy, but not everyone is married and/or shares the same last name. The gentlemen helping me did not seem to comprehend what I was telling him, and didn't care that the drive didn't bother to come to the door to attempt the delivery. The customer next to me said his driver didn't bother coming to the door either.

I'm not posting this to be nasty, as she was very nice But seriously whoever is in charge at this location you need to have a talk with your staff about coming to work clean.
