  I've had problems with this post office for years now. I don't usually write reviews about places here because people start contacting me about taking it down, but seriously, my husband and I submitted COAs when we moved recently ( 2 blocks away btw) and haven't received any mail, say for a bill for the internet we set up. Everything else that has been addressed to our new address hasn't come. Post office isn't any help; won't give me the contact information to take it higher than them, and over all just acting a bit too suspicious for my liking. One of the items in question was a check from a charity organization that helped us with the security deposit for our apartment. Apparently, that check disappeared. Even the person that works for said organization went down to ask about it and they couldn't (or wouldn't) tell him anything either. I've lived here for over a decade and it feels like this post office just doesn't seem to care about anything that happens within its walls.

  I don't typically leave reviews, but this one is long overdue. The mail carrier who covers Dugan Rd is, without a doubt, the most dedicated and reliable postal worker I have ever had the pleasure of receiving service from. Rain, snow, or shine my packages and mail consistently make it to my front porch without fail. Not tossed at the end of the driveway, not left exposed to the elements, but delivered with care, right where it should be. What sets her apart isn't just the consistency, it's the attitude she brings to the job. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does. In a world where good service often goes unnoticed, it felt important to take a moment and say: this woman is exceptional at her job, and the community on this route is lucky to have her. If there's any way to recognize outstanding postal employees, she deserves it. Thank you for making something as simple as getting the mail feel like something you can always count on.

  Second time I’ve been to this branch and the older white male with no hair is incredibly rude. I came in with wedding invites and he was so annoyed that I tried to hand them to him while he was sitting on his chair on his phone. “Well you can just take them out and put them in the box” He had to move 4 feet to drop them. I was under the assumption it went out more often than the large blue postal boxes so I was wrong but it doesn’t excuse the constant discontent this man has for his job and exceptional healthcare coverage paid for by people like myself who work hard.
