  Our mail used to be here by 1 pm. Now it's about 4:30 pm. They usually deliver okay but a lot of the time they can't read the total address. I also had a problem with them not closing the mailbox.

  I've had problems with this post office for years now. I don't usually write reviews about places here because people start contacting me about taking it down, but seriously, my husband and I submitted COAs when we moved recently ( 2 blocks away btw) and haven't received any mail, say for a bill for the internet we set up. Everything else that has been addressed to our new address hasn't come. Post office isn't any help; won't give me the contact information to take it higher than them, and over all just acting a bit too suspicious for my liking. One of the items in question was a check from a charity organization that helped us with the security deposit for our apartment. Apparently, that check disappeared. Even the person that works for said organization went down to ask about it and they couldn't (or wouldn't) tell him anything either. I've lived here for over a decade and it feels like this post office just doesn't seem to care about anything that happens within its walls.

  I don't typically leave reviews, but this one is long overdue. The mail carrier who covers Dugan Rd is, without a doubt, the most dedicated and reliable postal worker I have ever had the pleasure of receiving service from. Rain, snow, or shine my packages and mail consistently make it to my front porch without fail. Not tossed at the end of the driveway, not left exposed to the elements, but delivered with care, right where it should be. What sets her apart isn't just the consistency, it's the attitude she brings to the job. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does. In a world where good service often goes unnoticed, it felt important to take a moment and say: this woman is exceptional at her job, and the community on this route is lucky to have her. If there's any way to recognize outstanding postal employees, she deserves it. Thank you for making something as simple as getting the mail feel like something you can always count on.

  Absolutely ridiculous this post office is! Absolutely no help! Order a part for a customer, the customer informs me that his address is an Olean address but the address is technically in the town of Portville... so I ship the part to the Olean address with no luck... says it cannot be delivered as addressed... so i reship it as a portville address, and again... cannot be delivered as addressed! Try calling the post office to get any type of assistance... and I get some rude guy that is not willing to help me at all just tells me to figure out his actual address! Why do you think im calling you!? Why is it UPS and Fedex can deliver to that address (according to the customer) but Good ole USPS cannot!? Complete garbage!
