  Had an issue with a parcel that I had at another parcel drop service and they wouldn't clear it for me, so I called the UPS store and talked with Matt and Bob for help, and they got my parcel moving, and over to the store to clear it for me, thanks for all you have done.

  I have been going to this UPS store for 7 years am always greeted by a friendly staff and receive exceptional service. The local owner Bob, manager Matt, and the entire staff make sure that the customers have everything we need.

  Dustin helped me out about a week ago ship a fairly large parcel to my sister in AZ. He was super helpful and patient and I really appreciate the great customer service! Thank you!

  Things certainly have gone downhill for this store!! I spoke to someone at this store location on June 24th to inquire about the Notary Service. I was directed to book on line, but to call back and confirm because The Notary is there only Thursday and Friday. But not always. I booked for July 3rd at 09:30:.I called the store back to confirm the date and time, and spoke to the same gentleman. Yes , there would be a Notary available that day and time. If anything changed, they would call and let me know. I received and email confirmation that day. On July 3rd, a reminder email was sent at 6 am as a reminder of the appointment today. We made the 90 minute drive…across the border from Canada. Upon arrival to this UPS location, the employee present in the store announced that there was NO Notary until 1pm. I showed him the confirmation letter and was informed that it is computer generated from a main center. I explained how I had made TWO telephone calls and spoke to a LIVE person and did verify the appointment was OK!!!He dismissed that. I inquired about who Matt was…he tells me that he is the MANAGER! I suggested he speak with the employ in question and find out what happened? If there is NO Notary….why are the booking slots even open then? And why doesn’t anyone check the appointment calendar? This is a FAULTY system!!!!! Very poorly run! MATT, the Manager, needs to learn some Managerial skills and not be condescending. No apology whatsoever was ever given. I will NEVER return to that store…and will WARN others about their disorganization and pitiful customer relations. They can’t be trusted!
