  Things certainly have gone downhill for this store!! I spoke to someone at this store location on June 24th to inquire about the Notary Service. I was directed to book on line, but to call back and confirm because The Notary is there only Thursday and Friday. But not always. I booked for July 3rd at 09:30:.I called the store back to confirm the date and time, and spoke to the same gentleman. Yes , there would be a Notary available that day and time. If anything changed, they would call and let me know. I received and email confirmation that day. On July 3rd, a reminder email was sent at 6 am as a reminder of the appointment today. We made the 90 minute drive…across the border from Canada. Upon arrival to this UPS location, the employee present in the store announced that there was NO Notary until 1pm. I showed him the confirmation letter and was informed that it is computer generated from a main center. I explained how I had made TWO telephone calls and spoke to a LIVE person and did verify the appointment was OK!!!He dismissed that. I inquired about who Matt was…he tells me that he is the MANAGER! I suggested he speak with the employ in question and find out what happened? If there is NO Notary….why are the booking slots even open then? And why doesn’t anyone check the appointment calendar? This is a FAULTY system!!!!! Very poorly run! MATT, the Manager, needs to learn some Managerial skills and not be condescending. No apology whatsoever was ever given. I will NEVER return to that store…and will WARN others about their disorganization and pitiful customer relations. They can’t be trusted!

  From Canada.... I've used the UPS store for many of my parcels. Every time I've gone there, they've been friendly, courteous and I've never had any problems with my parcels shipped there. I was especially grateful last Friday when I was returning from a conference in the US. I was running late after a 5 hour drive and thought I was out of luck. Siri was telling me I'd be late. I ran to the door just as the manager was locking the door. It was a minute or two past 6pm. He unlocked the door, asked me what I needed and kindly went and got my parcel for me with a smile. That was above and beyond and I thanked him profusely for going the extra mile for me. That says a lot in my books. I recommend this UPS store to many of my Canadian friends and will continue to use it as it saves me the brokerage fees and it comes in handy returning from US trips when I have the $800 duty allowance after 48 hours. Thanks again! Five Stars - easy decision.

  Its always a joy coming into this UPS store. Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make the experience breezy. We get tons of packages shipped here and the customer service is always 10/10!

  As i placed order from amazon it was free pick up , even i got this particular nearby pick up location from the app At the time of pickup they are charging you $6usd per package which doesn’t make any sense
