I went to 3 other people over 3 months to get my son's custom gaming computer fixed, including the last place that took a week and a half and couldn't even diagnose the issue. I got a repaired computer with no new parts needed and a hardware education while I waited. Then he stress tested the computer to make sure I wouldn't get home and have to take it back.
