I went to 3 other people over 3 months to get my son's custom gaming computer fixed, including the last place that took a week and a half and couldn't even diagnose the issue. Dennis sat in front of me, explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it and the computer was fixed inside an hour. I got a repaired computer with no new parts needed and a hardware education while I waited. Then he stress tested the computer to make sure I wouldn't get home and have to take it back. I would whole heartedly recommend Dennis and Ultimate Technology services!
