My husband and I had an appointment to do our passports at this location because they offer photo services and the person who helped us, Lisa, had no idea how to use the camera at all and sent us to Walgreens to get the photos taken. We get back and she says they’re not acceptable and we have to come back a different day, as they were done for the day with passport appointments. We took off the day from work to get this done and even arrived 15 minutes before our appointment. The staff that we dealt with seemed completely clueless on the process and what was needed so just save yourself the trip and find another local post office.

- SSSteveGamesApr 16, 20181.0Went in to ask a few questions, asked the first one and got nothing but attitude and rudely being told bye after a one word answer (which to be fair the one word did answer my question but the amount of attitude and not letting me ask the others makes me genuinely sad that this is our mail system, I mean at least fake a smile like the rest of the retail/customer service people do)
