  Since moving back to Grand Island five years ago, I’ve been frustrated with having to use Spectrum Internet, whose prices kept rising, and who I had to beg each year for a lower rate. At least they gave me cheap cell phone coverage. Phone was $60 (two lines) internet $87/mo. $147 all in. Yesterday I switched over to Verizon, and plus phone, I am now paying (with pre-pay) $120 — $70 for two phones, $50 for internet (guaranteed for five years). Plus, I’ll receive a $50 Target gift card — which is great, because the SIMPLE TRANSFER 😂😂😂 from Spectrum to Verizon was an absolute cluster-f. “Tech support” from India was brutal, and no one could figure out our Nest Home issues (4 outdoor cameras, thermostat, kitchen display, doorbell camera). Hours of frustration. I asked friends for recommendations , and was contacted by Chris Lavigueur from Pathfinder Technology Solutions. They were here a little over an hour, and got everything back online, streamlined our system, simplified our logins, all for a very reasonable price. Plus, nice guys! So, thanks, folks at Pathfinder! Five ⭐️’s from me!

  Customer service is incredible. So nice to find an honest, friendly, professional business. A friend recommended Chris, for my need for a decent used laptop for my side business. Chris contacted me and I had a great computer set up with Microsoft office added in less than 24 hours and very reasonable price. Awesome experience! Very rare these days can you find this type of service.
