  I had ordered something online that I desperately needed for my work, paid for expedited shipping, and it for some reason was delayed. I managed to track the package to this location, so I went to pick it up. I was greeted by Margaret, who was visibly stressed out. The poor woman was there by herself and was obviously overwhelmed with the workload of multiple people falling on her shoulders. Still, she made it a point to have one of the drivers dig out my package from the back. (I didn't get his name, but he was a very polite and helpful gentleman) my day went from horrible to great because of these two individuals who went the extra mile to help me out 🤗 5 stars to Margaret and the driver for a job well done! Zero stars for FEDEX for getting me to pay for expedited 2 day shipping and then telling me I had to wait an extra 4 days to receive my package. Not cool. This is now the 5th time this company has done this to me. Im so over it! But thank you to the few dedicated employees that you had there today to help me!

  I am writing to formally express my frustration regarding a delivery scheduled for today. Despite our business being open during standard operating hours, the initial delivery attempt was marked as "business closed," which is inaccurate. Later this afternoon, I personally witnessed a FedEx vehicle park in front of our building. The driver did not exit the vehicle or attempt to enter the premises before driving away and marking the shipment as a second failed attempt. Our entrance is clearly marked with delivery instructions, and as no signature was required for this package, there was no reason for the delivery to be bypassed. This lack of follow-through is disappointing and has caused unnecessary delays for our operations.

  This Fed Ex is not even close to competent. Fed Ex as a hole is terrible. Businesses should stop using them. Fed Ex you suck.

  No matter how many times this driver is reported FedEx refused to have him fired, the deliveries are CONTRACTED out! I've experienced damaged goods now for 2 years, still can't get this guy fired.
