  I recently had the absolute pleasure of visiting the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located at 628 S Main St, North Syracuse, NY 13212, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience I had. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism, efficiency, and genuine customer care was immediately evident. Adam was truly phenomenal—knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. He took the time to fully understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful guidance, and ensured everything was completed flawlessly. His dedication to providing top-tier service is rare and deeply appreciated. Adam also did an outstanding job on my initial project. His professionalism, efficiency, and commitment to getting everything done right the first time made a lasting impression. He was organized, responsive, and clearly takes pride in delivering high-quality service. It’s clear he values both accuracy and customer satisfaction. What stood out most was the culture at this location. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, patient, and highly competent. SECOND VISIT I returned to the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center, located at 628 S Main St, North Syracuse, NY 13212, for a second, much larger and more complex project—and once again, the experience exceeded every expectation. Reign, Caitlyn, and Brittany delivered another phenomenal job. They worked together seamlessly on an enormous project involving color photos and crucial documents, and the level of care, organization, and attention to detail was truly exceptional. They didn’t just complete the project—they elevated it, ensuring everything was polished, professional, and fully suitable for submission to a law firm. Their ability to handle such a high-stakes, detail-heavy project with precision and efficiency speaks volumes about their skill and dedication. They also went above and beyond by ensuring the entire project was properly prepared and sent out with great care and accuracy. In addition to that, they assisted with multiple services effortlessly—handling Amazon returns, sending faxes with properly attached receipts, and managing a stack of certified letters quickly and efficiently. Every task was handled with professionalism and ease, no matter how complex or time-sensitive.   Awesome FedEx branch. My packages arrived early and were here for too long. Instead of sending them back to sender (they normally do after a week), the manager, Adam, took the time to call me and arrange for an extra day. Great customer service, I really appreciate it!

  Delivered a destroyed box to the wrong address because the driver didn't want the package refused. Tried returning it, they refused because they wanted to charge me for their box and packing.

  The staff at FedEx Kinkos North Syracuse are always helpful and friendly. They always assist me in printing the best quality at the best price for our little league. Always a great experience!
