  This was my first time ever going to a UPS Store, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee who assisted me had a very unpleasant attitude from the start. She took her time assisting me, seemed bothered to help, and the entire interaction felt very unwelcoming. The way she ended the conversation with an aggressive “have a good day” was unnecessary and came across as disrespectful. I chose not to argue and simply left, but the experience left a very negative impression. I recommend improving employee customer service and professionalism because customers should feel welcomed and respected. After my first experience with UPS, I would not return to this location.

  I visited this UPS Store June 15th around 5:19 PM to drop off a prepaid package that was already labeled and ready to go. I did not really need a receipt, so I simply placed the package at the counter after harshly being told she’d be with me in a second. My mom always stressed, it’s not what you say but the manner in which it is said. The woman behind the counter, an older woman with glasses, was speaking sharply to another employee when I walked in. There was no greeting or clear direction given to me, and when she addressed me, her tone was harsh, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. As a business owner, I ship packages regularly and I understand that every store has procedures. However, there is a professional way to communicate with customers, and I did not appreciate being spoken to in a condescending manner over a simple package drop-off. I recently moved and had not been to this location in some time, but this experience left a very poor impression. Customers should not feel reprimanded, dismissed, or spoken to like children when they are simply trying to drop off a package. I hope management addresses the importance of respectful customer service at this location.
