I can not believe the horrible service they had at this location . I called asking if it said they had my package would I be able to pick it up before it was shipped to my house She said yes come in with an ID I took my break at work and came in I was taken by the most unprofessional man I’ve ever met I was told the information was right in front of my face and that he didn’t have it . Also saying this in front of a line full of people he had glasses and was working 4 o’clock on oct 1st north Babylon location both him and the women working then began to speak at me as if I was creating an issue All I said was what the lady said on the phone also making sure to let them know I wasn’t upset or trying to cause an issue the guy in the glasses then followed me out to where my car was parked talking loud and aggressively I truly can not believe this all over a package 📦 someone please fire him or train your staff properly

All the staff is very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and puts up with my stupid questions with a smile. (Even though I know there's a 5pm pickup from a truck on weekdays (especially, not sure about weekend days)... My OCD won't let me not ask and JoElvis the customer associate that helped me today (09, 22, 2026) put up with the stupid questions gracefully and happily. Shout out to him

I had a digital label..asked the guy at the counter to print it. Said he couldn't which is a lie. I used to work at ups, takes one second.

This was my first time ever going to a UPS Store, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. The employee who assisted me had a very unpleasant attitude from the start. She took her time assisting me, seemed bothered to help, and the entire interaction felt very unwelcoming. The way she ended the conversation with an aggressive “have a good day” was unnecessary and came across as disrespectful. I chose not to argue and simply left, but the experience left a very negative impression. I recommend improving employee customer service and professionalism because customers should feel welcomed and respected. After my first experience with UPS, I would not return to this location.
