  Literally go to any other Post Office before this location. I simply asked for the gentleman with the large red and brown beard behind the counter to scan my pre labeled packages in so I’d have a receipt with their tracking numbers on them showing they’d been received. He proceeded to raise his voice louder and loud every time I calmly asked him why this was the case here as opposed to any other post office I’ve dropped packages off at before. I was told it was because I had more than 5 packages, which I had 7 with nobody in the building besides myself and the two employees behind the counter. When he started yelling that it’s not how they do things here I left promptly saying I’ll just going to the Amherst location as their employee MD has always taken care of me going above and beyond to put their customers first.

  I’ve reported this post office to the inspector general. They have lied to me, telling me a package they received on the 15th at 4:09 pm, was not received until the 16th after noon, and said it will go out for delivery the 17th. It did not, and still has not, and they have pulled their phone line, so now anytime anyone calls, it’ll ring and beep busy. You know my local post office has done that to another customer right in front of my face?? So I know what you’re doing and how you’re behaving with my package is very suspicious. So I have reported you, because I have a right to believe you are either tampering with and/or stealing my package. You’d think with 2.8 stars USPS would start cracking down on the specific post office being one of the lowest rated ones I’ve ever seen. Hopefully someone smacks them on the hand. Grown adults can’t answer their work phone. My local office does that when they’re busy and everything is overwhelming, however even when it says you’re not very busy on Google, your phone line beeps busy? I will keep reporting you, until you deliver my package, I’ll keep calling, and I won’t leave you alone, so it might be easier to just answer the call huh?? Instead of being reported and investigated

  Wow.. all these 1 star reviews are SPOT on. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I've been coming here for many years. Bruce and Lisa were the best, always super friendly. Matt was always helpful as well but I don't see him up front anymore. This new crew is worthless. I am Missing 2 packages that are worth well over $200 and when I asked for help on my missing packages I was told to call the cops.. Really? that's it, no help, no way to check with my driver where she might have dropped them off at? I questioned that responce and then i was told to go to the side door and a supervisor may be able to gps track where the packages were dropped off at. I then waited for over 10 minutes while he checked my tracking numbers i provided. Crazy... They all seem like we are bothering them on their day off. This place could be 10 times better by simply replacing the counter staff and also whoever is in charge of this location because clearly, he isn't running the place properly. The reviews prove as much. They never called me back. I did eventually get my packages, but it was only after I called the main office in Buffalo and they handled it in 1 day. Crazy this is how they treat the public and get to keep their jobs.

  They never put a pink slip for my packages. As well they always lose my packages. Not sure what’s going on with this postal office but they are very unorganized
