  Very rude disgruntle and have no common sense, the female employee that works there had an attitude over the phone and hung up the phone on me she wanna act big but doesn't realize she's playing with fire UPS corporate will be getting a nice phone call from my lawyers, the phone call was recorded the fact that she wanna say your package was lost because you changed the instructions from a drop off to pick up meanwhile the package wasn't dropped off the first time that's why the instructions were changed

  Sent something home to CT and tracking shows it never left the store. I called and a woman called me back and said that was happening on Mondays. She was going to work on it and get back to me. Ive called several times and she is never there. Haven't even been able to put in a claim. Really disappointed in their service.

  Let’s just say, very unprofessional. Owner of the store thinks it’s ok to eat on the job while talking to customers. She didn’t seem to care what the issue was that was being discussed, just that she got to eat that piece of crust hanging out of her mouth. And every time I go in there , there seems to be a new worker. Either they are letting their workers go quite easily or they are giving them a reason to possibly quit.
