  Well, today is the straw that broke that camel’s back! I will not be returning to this location. I have been a customer for over 15 years.In the past I did have a PO Box with this location. Well, it was actually at the prior location down the road. This UPS store and the rates just kept jumping exponentially to where is it just made no sense to maintain a US address 1)I truly believe that just taking advantage of a situation of being so close to the Canadian border ,they think they can just charge us whatever they want. Well there are other options that I have looked into. They last time I received packages there I was charged $10 per package. They were only there for a matter of a couple of days. I had seven packages so when I walked out, it was $70 a USD that’s criminal! I still kept going back, but not after today! I had call to confirm the store was open. it is a holiday in Canada (Thanksgiving ) apparently it is a holiday in the US (Columbus Day) I thought I’d better call to make sure the location was open, prior to driving across the border. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude. Borderline hostile! Absolutely no reason for this! Afew simple questions. I asked if they were open and what the hours were I was responded to very nastly “we are open a regular hours.” I said I’m sorry I’m not familiar with the regular hours she snapped out the “regular hours”and then it just went downhill from there. She was rude dismissive and like I was wasting her time. Well I am not going to drive across USA/canada borders without getting some factual information before I go! like is the store open and how much is it going to cost me to deliver a document overnight? I was treated very rudely. Apparently from reading other reviews it seems to be either you have a whole bunch of bad female employees or this one woman, who is just nasty to everybody,?! I I will tell you it was at 11:45 am on Monday, October 12 /26. I’m hoping that can narrow it down for you ,who is answering your telephones. They need to have some customer care, training or be fired!! So very disappointing, like I said, I am done with this location!

  I have never had a bad experience here. Every employee I’ve encountered has been extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this location.

  Great service from this location. Both employees were extremely helpful and went over and above helping me get my parcel out.

  Very rude disgruntle and have no common sense, the female employee that works there had an attitude over the phone and hung up the phone on me she wanna act big but doesn't realize she's playing with fire UPS corporate will be getting a nice phone call from my lawyers, the phone call was recorded the fact that she wanna say your package was lost because you changed the instructions from a drop off to pick up meanwhile the package wasn't dropped off the first time that's why the instructions were changed
