  Let’s just say, very unprofessional. Owner of the store thinks it’s ok to eat on the job while talking to customers. She didn’t seem to care what the issue was that was being discussed, just that she got to eat that piece of crust hanging out of her mouth. And every time I go in there , there seems to be a new worker. Either they are letting their workers go quite easily or they are giving them a reason to possibly quit.

  We have been a long-time customer. We can't afford this anymore. The yearly rental is too expensive, and then if you do not pick up within 14 days, you get charged a dollar a day per package. We live in Canada, so now add the gas and the toll charge, and it becomes ridiculous, so we have not renewed, and they don't seem to care. I can't blame the store, as the prices are fixed by corporate. We have friends in this location, and other cheaper alternatives in the area will work, so bye, UPS!
