Today I brought in a USPS eBay pre-paid labeled large package to ship (50x20x8) and they refused to take it claiming that “if it doesn’t fit though the window we don’t take it”. Am I surprised? Absolutely not. The Newburgh location is notoriously unfriendly, unhelpful, and refuses services it should not. So I tried Beacon location where I was warmly greeted and had no issues or shade given with the large package. This is how a post office should be run and Newburgh employees should go on a field trip to go see what it’s like and aspire to be more like them (New Windsor is great too). At this point, I would rather drive the 10 extra min to go to any other location than the Newburgh USPS.

I always have a problem with a post office worker who is rude and it makes me extremely uncomfortable. Go to any other post office, I have reported this office multiple times.
