The gals who work here are so unbelievably rude and have way too much attitude to be in customer facing roles. Whether there is job security or not in this job doesn’t make them immortal and give them the right to talk down to their customers. They’re giving all of their fellow coworkers a really bad rep being this itchy.

I went to this post office today with three packages. These packages had labels that were already paid for.
The worker at the desk said two of the labels were wrong. She would not scan the packages. She would not check the system to see if the labels were correct. She told me I had to pay $8 more for each package.
I asked for the worker’s name. She would not give it to me. She told me to talk to her manager. I spoke to the manager, but the manager also would not give the worker's name.
My company has had this problem with this same worker before. In the past, we changed the labels to match what she wanted. Those packages never reached our customers. Because of these facts, we can no longer trust this location to handle our mail.
Summary of Events:
* **Service:** Refusal to scan prepaid labels.
* **Cost:** Request for $8 extra per package without checking the system.
* **Transparency:** Both the worker and the manager refused to provide a name.
* **Reliability:** Past changes suggested by this worker led to lost mail.

I rarely write reviews but the service from Tanika was incredible that I just had to! I’ve been having a hard time replacing my passport and Tanika informed about everything I need in order to replace my passport. I really appreciate the kindness I received and would highly recommend coming to this post office for your passport needs!
