Staff were extremely nice, no line at all 9:30am, and they answered all my questions with a smile!

I visited this post office around 2:00 PM today to drop off a package that already had a prepaid shipping label attached. Before coming, I had noticed the many negative reviews, but I thought, "I'm only dropping off a prepaid package—I won't even need much interaction with the staff." Unfortunately, I completely underestimated how rude and hostile the employees would be.
The employees spoke to customers with an incredibly disrespectful tone. They were impatient from the very beginning, barking orders instead of speaking politely, as if customers were inconveniencing them simply by walking through the door. There was absolutely no professionalism or basic courtesy. Watching the way they treated people honestly made me question the hiring standards at this location. Customer service is a fundamental part of this job, yet several employees seemed either unwilling or incapable of treating people with even the most basic level of respect. They desperately need proper customer service training—or perhaps they simply are not suited for a job that requires interacting with the public. What made the experience even more disappointing was that one of the employees got into an argument with the customer ahead of me. The customer eventually gave up without even completing their transaction and walked out. Seeing that happen before it was even my turn only confirmed that this wasn't an isolated incident—it seems to be the normal atmosphere at this post office. A post office is a public service, and people come here expecting efficiency and respect, not hostility. I sincerely hope management takes these repeated complaints seriously and makes the necessary changes, because no customer should be treated this way.
