- MMMarina Massaro2 days ago1.0CHELSEA POST OFFICE - THE MOST UNHELPFUL PEOPLE ON THE PLANET. Rude, slow, couldn’t give two ***** about the customers, always a long line, never enough workers during peak hours.
- AAAmarilys AMay 8, 20261.0It was my first time visiting this office. I just wanted to drop off my package and get a drop off receipt for it. I greeted the postal service employee , explains what I was here for and she gave me attitude, first she said my tap wasn't package tape so I had to purchase some from them. Then she accused me of theft because I packed my return package into the packaging the seller sent it to me it, she said whoever I got it from didn't pay for it because there was no stamp. I explained that im not sure what to say as its just a repackage for me in the bag they sent it it. Then she says oh people are going to steal if they want to steal but I won't argue over pennies. she gave me the tape and receipt and the told me to toss my package in some unlabeled bin. It was honestly the worst experience I've had in any post office I've visited. I hope they train their workers to be better cause that was rude and unprofessional behavior

Even though it was a busy day, the line moved efficiently and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. I really appreciated how patient and courteous the employees were while assisting customers. It made the whole process stress-free and pleasant. It’s always nice to see such great customer service in a place that many people visit regularly. Definitely a positive experience!
