We processed our daughters' passports here and we had a great experience. We were catered on time. It offers passport photo onsite and money order which is very convenient. Veronica handled the photo taking of our toddler and baby very well. She is friendly and accommodating. Overall the whole process was smooth and the location is clean.

Not good service. I've been living in same building for over 20 years why can't I get my mail just because my apartment number wasn't on it. I have a doorman you could leave it with them ! No reason it has to be sent back to sender when the name and address is correct. There is a special place in hell for people who mess with mail. You are disrupting peoples lives and there bills there not getting because of your ignorance. It was never a problem years ago when we always had the same carrier. Now it's always different lazy people who don't care. And if it's happening at the post office and not even getting to tge carrier that's even worse. Shame on you.

I’m really tired of the lack of urgency at this location. Every time I come here, the employees look miserable and act irritated the moment you ask a simple question. When there are only two people at the window, the attitude is completely unnecessary. This needs to be addressed.

This unfortunately is my local post office and unfortunately all these poor reviews are incredibly accurate. The staff here is just awful. This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to (I’ve lived in 3 states).
As many other reviews mentioned, the simplest task here will ruin your entire day. If you need to go to this post office, clear your entire day to be full of rage.
I used the self ship kiosk (which I do all the time) and because it was a particularly hot city day, the overhead fan was on. While I peeled the backing from the label I had just printed and paid $15 for, the breeze from the fan caused the label to fold in on itself. I tried, desperately, to unfold this label knowing if I didn’t…i would have to ask for help at the window. I peeled and peeled but the label was ruined. I proceeded to throw out this garbage label and step in line with my receipt from the kiosk. When I finally reached the window, anxiety running through my veins, I told the woman working there that I had just purchased a label and it accidentally got stuck to itself. She said “you have to stick your hand up the slit in the machine to get your label.” I was very confused because I had just told her my entire fan, label folding, ah! story. I explained again. She says “we do not do anything with the kiosk” I said “ok can I have you reprint a label I just paid for?” And then she asked me where my label was. We went back and forth like this maybe 4-5 times until eventually she was raising her voice, talking to me like I’m stupid. Maybe I am! I had no idea what she was saying to me! It was like she was responding to an imaginary conversation. Nothing she said made any sense. I asked for a refund. She said where is the label?? GIRL. IN. THE. BIN. ITS IN THE RECYCLE BIN. BECAUSE ITS RUINED. I walked away in exasperation, and paid another $15 for a label.
