if i could give 0 stars i would. i come to this post office multiple times a week because i live nearby. i’ve lived here over a year. these people are the worst. never helpful. almost always scrolling on their phones. they have zero customer service or just social skills at all. theyre always yelling at everyone and as if you being there is an inconvenience to them. it’s also not just one employee, it’s ALL of them. one time there was a long line of people and a girl behind the counter had her head down practically half asleep scrolling on tik tok. i just came here yesterday and the lady told me she couldn’t scan my qr code (they can since that’s what i’ve done ever since i’ve started coming here) and to use the self service machine and when i was confused how to use the machine she lost her temper and started yelling at me from behind the counter. WORST most unprofessional post office ever. everyone is loud, angry and uneducated on how to do their job. nobody wants to be there. they really just hire anyone at this location. super low class i do not recommend!

The front person have a very nasty mouth. Couple of month ago I send a box to Puerto Rico and she came with a attitude because I put the address one time in the box. Again I went today and I put the address multiple times in the box and she told me I was wrong with a attitude. They need to fire all this people and hire people that can work with the public.

I have never seen such an incompetent post office. I had a package due for delivery yesterday. The delivery person marked it as “incomplete address” and rescheduled it for “next day delivery.” After calling the local office to no avail, I decided to go there today. That is when I was told that the package had been sent back to the shipper. After I left the office, I called usps customer service. They told me that the address on the package had never been incomplete or wrong, and that they could not intercept the package for me. I needed this package before the new year, and due to an internal mistake, I will not receive it. This is not the first time this office has done something like this. I am leaving this review to the office manager in hopes that the problem gets resolved before the new year.

Horrible service , the women in the front always have a nasty attitude. Last time I was there they spoke to me very rudely and as if I was foolish for having questions regarding my package. Attitude adjustment and team member replacement needed !
