- EKElijah Kajinic2 days ago1.0I have a PO box here and they've denied me access to it multiple times despite the branch being open and well before their posted 7pm closing time. The staff are rude and the lines are insanely long. If you're thinking about opening a PO box at this location, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. Avoid at all costs.

I have Informed Delivery confirmation that my new state driver’s license reached this facility, yet it never made it into my P.O. Box. This follows a month of missing mail with cards inside and 'ready for pickup' notifications for packages that staff then claim they can't find. This is no longer just poor service; it is internal mail theft. I have filed formal reports with the USPS OIG and the Postal Inspection Service. If you are expecting sensitive documents or IDs, do not trust this location.

I apologized, yet the employee still made unnecessary remarks when I said nothing and did nothing to be rude. Could have at least respectfully said the appointment can’t happen. You’re better off going to any other USPS. It doesn’t cost anything to be kind. I usually ignore reviews about staff, but this lady genuinely ruined my evening for such a small thing. Avoid coming on weekdays in the afternoon.
