- KKKaela Kellogg1 day ago5.0Passport application service was efficient and friendly! Saima made photocopies of my documents for me (the ones I brought weren't good enough quality) and helped make sure my application was put together. Thank you Saima! Only thing I'll warn, the people who were there before me waited for thirty minutes after their appointment time, so make sure you plan enough time.

- LLLauraJun 22, 20261.0At the door there’s a sign that says: we open at 9. Well, went there today at 9, the office was open (an employee opened it, somewhere inside.. ) but their desks were closed. There was a line of people waiting, patiently, but at 9:30 we were all still waiting.. one customer just knocked on the door and asks, wasn’t it supposed to open at 9? The woman inside says yes, but we will open at 10 today because dont have enough workers, so the customer responds, but knowing that you have a line of 12 customers, dont you plan to put a sign or tell them somehow? Her answer is: we are working on it.. no apologies, no other explanation. Unfortunately this is not the first time Ive seen this happen, most employees are rude, they just dont care about customers, they dont have any sort of empathy, open and close the office whenever they want…worst service ever
