“Just wait two or three days… maybe.” 😂 I’m not usually one to leave anything less than 5 stars and to be fair, we are talking about the USPS, so maybe I should’ve known better and just gone to FedEx or UPS. 😅 I dropped off a small package with a pre-printed label in the self drop-off bin around 1 PM. Later that day I checked the tracking and it showed “USPS Awaiting item.” Checked again… still nothing. At this point I’m thinking, “Great. My package has entered the witness protection program.” So the next morning I came back when they opened, but there was one employee working and a line that looked like I was at the DMV, so I left and came back later in the afternoon. I finally spoke with a very friendly employee who was honestly one of the most friendly-unhelpful people I’ve ever experienced lol. I explained that I dropped the package off and it still hadn’t been scanned. Her response: “Just wait two or three days… maybe.” Then it became: “Maybe three or four days.” At that point I asked, “So you guys basically have no idea where my package is, do you?” 😂 She replied: “Well… maybe it’ll be scanned in a couple days.” I said, “Well I have the tracking number if you want to look it up?” So she humored me and typed it in and goes, “Yeah, it looks like it’s here.” I’m like, “Oh cool! Can I just have it back then?” And she immediately says, “Oh no no no, it’s at the plant… but maybe they’ll scan it in a few days.” 🤣🤣🤣 So apparently my package both exists and doesn’t exist simultaneously. Again, she was incredibly nice the entire time. Genuinely friendly. I just left somehow knowing less about where my package was than when I walked in. Hopefully it arrives eventually, maybe.

Saima went out of her way to help my mom and I figure out how to update my passport, take my photo and send all the information I needed when o was confused. Please give Saima a raise, she made our Saturday better :)

SWAPAN was the NICEST worker ever. He was so patient and kind with me when I was confused about the return process. Genuinely made my day.

I tried using the self-service machine to scan a QR code but it didn’t work so I got on line. I waited for 20 mins. When it’s my turn, the postal worker told me I had to go to the self-service machine because the line was too long. I explained to her it wasn’t working and asked her to help me because I was having trouble. She told me I was being nasty because I asked her to help me? I even said “can you please help me?” and then she refused. Luckily, the employee in the next window heard what happened and was very kind to me.
