I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this USPS location. The employee who assisted me was incredibly rude, condescending, and disrespectful from the moment I tried to mail my package. His attitude made what should have been a simple interaction unnecessarily uncomfortable. The level of entitlement and ego he displayed was almost laughable — you work at a post office, you don’t own it. I left genuinely shocked that this level of disrespect toward customers is tolerated. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this interaction was bad enough that I felt it needed to be documented. USPS should seriously address how customers are being treated at this location.

I love my local post office! The guy working there on Thursday morning had great energy and was very helpful. Looking forward to mailing my next letter!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unbelievable. Horrifying customer service. The USPS ought to be deeply ashamed of this & fire the lady behind the counter. This type of attitude should not exist in the world, let alone in a professional setting. I went in on August 13th and asked basic questions (price differences between boxes, etc) and the impatience and attitude (scoffing with "how do you not know the difference?," or statements like "you would be stealing if you don't pay for that" when my card didn't work). USPS, please don't let this get away.

the employees at this location used to be so nice. NOT ANYMORE. i was in today june 29th 2018 and the two women working behind the glass were so beyond RUDE with serious ghetto attitudes. i politely asked for a receipt for the two boxes i dropped off in the prepaid section for boxes that have prepaid labels on them. they said you don't get to skip the line girl get online !!!! i get on line, then when i FINALLY reach the teller i ask for the receipt of the two boxes they took out of the prepaid drop off section. she looks at me and says "well you gotta hand me the boxes" um is this a trick question? 🙄she finally used her pea sized brain to realize that she already has them out of my reach behind glass and took her SWEET TIME lifting them then chatting about cat litter with the other rude employee then scanning them and finally handing me my receipt. their tones were inappropriate, unnecessary and unprofessional. both of them should not be working here! 👋🏻
