The first time, they simply told me they didn’t have enough cash and couldn’t help me. The second time, I came back at the exact time they told me to return, only to be turned away again. They also failed to give me clear instructions and were quite rude throughout the process. Thankfully, Ms. Yoon was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She immediately knew how to handle the situation and solved my problem right away. After wasting two trips elsewhere, I was so relieved that she was able to help me so efficiently. Thank you!
