The lady was rude, asking me to tear and repackage my return mail when she could’ve just pasted the new label on top of the old one. She wasn’t even willing to help until I asked her name and she may have feared I’ll report her. Got the job done in the end and took a photo of my package for proof but she was clearly either racist or plain rude. She was screaming at one point.

The person at the counter helped me quickly with my mailing (including choosing the right envelope and service), which I really appreciated. What stood out was how they also took the time to answer quick questions from others not in line while assisting customers — not easy in a crowded setting. Overall, a smooth and positive experience despite the volume of people. Thanks to the team for keeping things moving and being helpful. Also, places like post offices don’t always get the recognition they deserve. It takes effort from both the staff and the public to keep things running smoothly. If you’ve had a good experience, it’s worth taking a moment to acknowledge it.
