    I had a positive experience today at the Sunnyside. It was quite busy, but the staff handled everything efficiently and kept the line moving. The person at the counter helped me quickly with my mailing (including choosing the right envelope and service), which I really appreciated. What stood out was how they also took the time to answer quick questions from others not in line while assisting customers — not easy in a crowded setting. Overall, a smooth and positive experience despite the volume of people. Thanks to the team for keeping things moving and being helpful. Also, places like post offices don’t always get the recognition they deserve. It takes effort from both the staff and the public to keep things running smoothly. If you’ve had a good experience, it’s worth taking a moment to acknowledge it.

    Why is the product to be delivered to my customer in Michigan first sent to Phoenix and then shipped to Michigan without knowing where it will go after landing at New York airport? The product has been in America for 8 days. And it is still traveling to be delivered to the customer. Customer dissatisfaction is entirely dependent on shipping. But our customers take us as interlocutors. We don't want to victimize them. While we are trying to provide good service, we look bad because of the cargo companies. American consumers don't deserve this. He deserves the best. Someone has to solve this now.
