We took a day off at work to do different paperwork for our 1 year old twins yesterday, so it was a very stressful messy day with street parking, stroller full of bags, changing-feeding-fussing and whatnot on top of the regular business with different appointments. Our last stop was the USPS Gracie for passport services and I am infinitely grateful to the young lady who processed our applications. She had a great deal of patience with us and filed everything so efficiently that we were done with everything in practically 15 minutes! Thank youuuuuuu

No joke, I chased down the postal worker and they did the same old excuse that he is from another post office so they can’t honor those. They have given me this same excuse so many times it’s an actual joke. And today again they marked something delivered when they did not even enter my apartment complex so another long winded hunt for a package that will never be delivered.

And a half hour later I realized I forgot to put stamps on it. I rushed back, in a very high state of anxiety. I was helped to calm down by two really wonderful people, Irma and Joel. Joel took me back to help me find the envelope with him. And thank god it hadn't gone out yet. So I just wanted to praise them, for not only helping me, but telling me everything would be OK.
