THANKS A LOT!! We took a day off at work to do different paperwork for our 1 year old twins yesterday, so it was a very stressful messy day with street parking, stroller full of bags, changing-feeding-fussing and whatnot on top of the regular business with different appointments. Our last stop was the USPS Gracie for passport services and I am infinitely grateful to the young lady who processed our applications. She had a great deal of patience with us and filed everything so efficiently that we were done with everything in practically 15 minutes! Thank youuuuuuu

I put a vacation hold for 30 days and they did not hold one single package. No joke, I chased down the postal worker and they did the same old excuse that he is from another post office so they can’t honor those. They have given me this same excuse so many times it’s an actual joke. And today again they marked something delivered when they did not even enter my apartment complex so another long winded hunt for a package that will never be delivered.

To counterbalance some of the bad reviews: I mailed a manila envelope (put it into the slot) with very important documents inside. And a half hour later I realized I forgot to put stamps on it. I rushed back, in a very high state of anxiety. I was helped to calm down by two really wonderful people, Irma and Joel. Joel took me back to help me find the envelope with him. And thank god it hadn't gone out yet. So I just wanted to praise them, for not only helping me, but telling me everything would be OK.

Update 5/19/26: drop off is still broken but at least now they have a designated spot for package drop offs between windows 6 and 7. Original review Feb 2026: Drop off box is still broken and has been for at least 4 months. Instead of providing an alternative drop off option, they just expect everyone to line up. They say they have no clue when it will be fixed.

I went here to get my passport application done. Since the location offered passport photo service, I had the photo taken there as well. I figured I'd save time that way. Unfortunately, the photo taken didn't meet the requirements for the passport application and now I have to go somewhere else to get another photo taken and then mail that in. I then also have to go back to the post office to get a refund since they didn't do the job properly. Hopefully they aren't going to fight me on that. Just in case, I have to go to Staples and pay to have a copy of the rejection letter made as well. The only silver lining here is that I didn't like how I looked in the photo anyway and now I have a chance to do better. BLUF: don't get your passport photo taken here. They won't do it right and you'll have to get it done again elsewhere.
