- JRJen RogersAug 17, 20261.0Waited in line for attedant. They wouldnt scan my qr code said have to use self service machine. Theres 3 self service machine. The one im in line for ran out of paper. Go to another one its been 20 mins, also runs out of paper. The line for the 3rd one is 20 people. I go back to the counter and said 2 out of 3 machines have no paper. He said try a different location. Still have both my packages but lost 30 mins of my life.

The signs says ALL MAIL will be helped and then you get to the counter and they have this tiny paper saying that if you want to mail your stuff you need to use the kiosks. Great waste of twenty minutes of my time. Not to mention the employee was rude and dismissive and there was only ONE working when there’s eight available kiosks. Don’t come here. There’s a FedEx two avenues down. I can see why the post office is a dying business and having unhappy, understaffed employees is not helping.
