I hope they all get laid off and someone starts over. Second time in a year my priority mail was lost and there's no refund or recourse. Such an embarrassment that the US can't do better. Third world service.

Just watched Ely’s audit on this place; absolutely horrifying. zero professionalism. They all should be fired. We should be allowed to call cops on public employees who behave like this. Jail time too

I'm not sure what's going at the Post Office these days... but it's either no one in the counter helping people or 10 people in line waiting to be helped. And it's not just this post office.
This is a big building 🏤, and they do have 3 automated machines that alleviate traffic sometimes, but sometimes 2 of the machines aren't working, so you also get a line of people there...
But I won't complain about it much, because the USPS is still the cheaper alternative to the rest of the carriers (e.g., UPS and FedEx). So what, you got to wait a little bit, fine... but you'll also save some money while you're at it. So it's a trade off, but that's nothing new with the local post office. It's a miracle what they pull off every day!

THE WORST! Women working there on the Saturday are extremely rude, no manner unprofessional, as an exemple, an elderly woman 980 years old) had to call the police because they didn't want to help her!!!
after paying, they -"discretely" clicked with their finger on the "smile" of the payment machine to get only positive comments, not letting the client giving their own opinion- totally illegal!!!!
The City must send their own people as "clients" on a Saturday and will get the proof of REALLY WHAT'S GOING ON IN THAT POST OFFICE!!!
