- SJSiouxsie JMay 5, 20261.0The other reviews here are pretty spot on. The staff are insufferable. They will yell at you in front of everyone in the post office. They will accuse you of things. I will say there is one person behind the desk, a man, who is incredibly competent and nice. But everyone else I’ve encountered is really rude. I only go to this store out of location convenience.

- BSBrandon SauerApr 14, 20261.0TERRIBLE. Go to any other Post Office and save yourself the aggravation born from rude staff, slow service, broken AC, and dust on everything. Oh, and don't try to use the box outside! Mail will get stuck in the slot and staff will tell you its not their problem; to call the 1-800 number. TERRIBLE

Kay’s customer service was especially exceptional and she was really patient with me as I worked to tape/label my boxes. She explained all my shipping options and made sure the experience was pleasant! I am deeply grateful!
