- EBE BJun 6, 20261.0Where to start. Mailed a small package Monday at 9am… gave directly with agent. Was To be delivered by Thursday. It’s Saturday and Still MIA. Package Spent 2 days in Indianapolis which was in the complete opposite direction of destination. Supposedly now it’s in the correct state but has not moved in over 15 hours… it’s now Saturday afternoon. Nothing!!!! No package. No update on the app. Nothing!! Not sure what’s wrong but certainly this is sub par customer service. Now I’ll have to figure out how to submit claim for missing package. We keep getting increases for decreasing service! Looks like USPS is no longer competitive. UPS will get all my packages from now on- and I’ll try to avoid sending any letters or cards via USPS.so disappointing

I will say there is one person behind the desk, a man, who is incredibly competent and nice. But everyone else I’ve encountered is really rude. I only go to this store out of location convenience.

- BSBrandon SauerApr 14, 20261.0TERRIBLE. Go to any other Post Office and save yourself the aggravation born from rude staff, slow service, broken AC, and dust on everything. Oh, and don't try to use the box outside! Mail will get stuck in the slot and staff will tell you its not their problem; to call the 1-800 number. TERRIBLE
