The service is rude, slow and disrespectful to all the other great postal carriers I personally hate met in my life. They are bringing a bad name and reputation to the one government organization that people should not have to worry about.

I showed up to my appointment 15 mins early to stand in a line the whole time just for me to get at the window and they say they can’t help me ?!!! NEVER have I been through some weird ish like that. If u want to actually get things done and recieve good customer service, go to James Farley location. DO NOT GO TO 83rd !!
- VZVincent ZayasAug 20, 20261.0Multiple post office employees (poe) behaved unprofessionally on multiple visits. Day 1, a male poe reversed the to and from addresses, told me false information regarding items that can be shipped and refused to ship my package until I removed earbuds stating earbuds contain lithium batteries (they don’t). Day 2, a female poe blamed me for “not correcting him” on both accounts, walked away for 10 minutes only to come back and say Sherry (her supervisor) was not available & walked away again while I was asking her to give me back my package and receipt. If I could give a lower rating, I would. The p.s is the female poe accused me of misplacing my receipt & when I pointed out that she still had it on her keyboard she slid it to me then turned away and said “Next”. I have no idea why the post office has such low quality service ratings and is insolvent. ;)

Crystal was incredibly helpful—she took down my details, checked the back, and returned with my package and a smile, completely making my day. I had to return Tuesday morning for a similar issue with a different package. Despite the morning rush, Crystal remained polite, patient, and friendly with every customer. Thank you so much, Crystal; you are exactly what this post office needs.
