- NNNazliAug 18, 20261.0All postal personnel that deliver the mail to our building are unprofessional and nasty. Constant lost outgoing mail from building mailbox. They also have taken to loitering in our lobby on extended breaks to hang out and use their phones(????). Clearly, they have no regard for private property and feel untouchable. Then you wonder how the concept of DOGE even came about or why the USPS is in such financial ruin.

- LLLisaJul 24, 20261.0I visited this USPS location around 9:30 AM. And only one of five service window was open. During what should be a busy morning period, this led to unnecessary delays. The staff worked at a very slow pace, and there was little sense of urgency or courtesy toward customers. A more efficient operation and friendlier customer service would make a big difference. I hope management addresses the staffing and service issues
