    The staff member with the nose piercing who was working at the first window today was extremely rude and dismissive. Her attitude came across as arrogant and unprofessional, making the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.

    I went to this location to have a parcel shipped, I paid for signature confirmation of delivery and I was told it would be there by that Friday, which was a Monday that I went. It is now the 16th of the following week and it has not gotten there. I went there on Monday to see if I can either get any tracking updates or file a claim but the nasty associate that was the one I previously went to said Oh you have to wait till the end of the week and then come back. Are you serious? So nonchalant, had an I don’t care attitude and acted as if I was in the wrong. I filed a claim online and have yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention I paid for this to be delivered and it obtained very important documents. Nobody seems to care about their jobs anymore

    What a sourpuss, I had the unfortunate luck to come across today!! If you don't like you job, do yourself a favor and leave. However, snapping at a would be customer back to back is TERRIBLE customer service. I did myself a favor and went to UPS, before I hurt that chick feelings.
