Her attitude came across as arrogant and unprofessional, making the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
- MMMRHApr 16, 20261.0I went to this location to have a parcel shipped, I paid for signature confirmation of delivery and I was told it would be there by that Friday, which was a Monday that I went. It is now the 16th of the following week and it has not gotten there. I went there on Monday to see if I can either get any tracking updates or file a claim but the nasty associate that was the one I previously went to said Oh you have to wait till the end of the week and then come back. Are you serious? So nonchalant, had an I don’t care attitude and acted as if I was in the wrong. I filed a claim online and have yet to hear back from anyone. Not to mention I paid for this to be delivered and it obtained very important documents. Nobody seems to care about their jobs anymore

However, snapping at a would be customer back to back is TERRIBLE customer service. I did myself a favor and went to UPS, before I hurt that chick feelings.
