    This specific location has lost my outbound mail TWICE now. The employees are not particularly helpful either. Prepare to brace yourself every time you visit this location. You’ll probably be there for a while. I sent a letter on June 22 that never left this location and they completely lost it. I’ve sent the same type of letter in the span of a month, to the same location, same delivery, yet one employee insisted it costs $16 to get tracking, while after that, I paid around $9. Just bizarre and incompetent service.

    Unhelpful and rude. I went in because my mail is not being forwarded, and I was told by my old post office and by people at USPS on the phone to go to the physical location. I show the lady at the desk the confirmation that I got in the mail saying my identity has been verified, etc, and we should start receiving mail at this zip code, it's been 2.5 months with no mail other than the confirmation... The lady tells me to pull up a bar code that was sent to me, I was never sent one, and says me to "go home and come back when you have a bar code since i've got a lot to do"... I said "no, I am staying here because I need help", so I tried to show her the email that was sent to me w/ my confirmation code, along with the letter in the mail, so I could give her as much info as possible to find a solution, and she goes "can you read???" in a sarcastic tone. So I read off everything I see... still no bar code! Then she tells me to wait by the side... she told another guy with forwarding issues to also wait, then she left her desk and literally never came back!!!!! EDIT: FYI, with a google search.. "If you can’t verify your identity online: USPS will send you an email with instructions and a barcode." my identity was already verified, given the letter that also told me that... so I was never sent a barcode STILL NO FORWARDED MAIL!!!! I think she'd be perfect for a role at the DMV.

    Terrible customer service. Las asesoras tenían una actitud terrible, no estaban dispuestas a ayudar y al parecer no querían estar ahí tampoco. Aunque no estaban haciendo nada y la tienda estaba vacía, no les importó asesorarme ni ayudarme con mi pedido. Terminé yendo a UPS, y recomiendo que hagan lo mismo.

    Terrible terrible terrible. If I could leave negative stars I would. The women at the front desk refused to take my package she told me to drop it off in the pile of all the other packages that need scanned. I dropped it off in the pile and she must have taken my package after I left and thrown it out. It never got scanned and I never got refunded which normally happens automatically at Amazon. I would like to think this was a mishap but after months of going back and forth with Amazon they never received my package which has never happened. Extremely unprofessional do not go here avoid at all costs
