Had some ok and really bad experiences here. Only keep coming back because it’s a convenient location but all of them in NYC are like this. USPS workers upstate are much better and nicer and don’t look miserable at their job. Here they can see right through people who are different and makes them feel bad. I had an experience yesterday when I was there with one of their workers (without naming any names) she was very rude to me. Not going to give any details of what happened or anything like that as I don’t want another incident with her when I come back. Just try to mind your own business in there if you ever go in and just use the self service kiosk if you could and you’ll be fine……HOPEFULLY!

Terrible service. Will avoid this location due to clerk rudeness. I got yelled at for not using the self serve kiosk and instead waited in line to have the clerk scan my package and get a receipt. The kiosk is OPTIONAL I have the right to stand in line and wait for a clerk and not get berated in front of the whole store.

Some of the nattiest people I’ve ever met in my life. I walked in minding my own business, asking for help just to walk out feeling belittled, ridiculed and embarrassed. The staff was ignorant of my questions, got impatient with me, and insulted me for my hearing disability and bringing out my credit card too slow. She told me to step aside and will not serve me and continue to ask her manager not to serve me. She yelled at me and insulted me with many people present at the lobby. I’ll never return to this location ever again. I don’t understand why the staff there can’t just be human-beings. Get another job or do something else in your life and make your life better and happier instead of trying to make your life a mission to make other people who don’t have anything to do with your misery to suffer from your rude behavior and attitude.
