Almost mad if you didn't fill out the right form and can be nasty also. Also, half the time ear buds on on phone and can't be bothered to do job.

My package (Tracking #9534606634266092535152) was marked “out for delivery” at this facility, but instead of being delivered to my correct postal box address, it was incorrectly forwarded—even though the package clearly had the correct label. When I went in person to ask for help, the staff on duty were dismissive and did not allow me to fully explain the situation. I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner in front of other customers, which made the experience even more upsetting. I have already filed a formal complaint with USPS, but I’m sharing this so others are aware. I hope management addresses both the mail handling issue and customer service concerns at this location.
