- GGGoshan92Aug 27, 20265.0Outstanding customer service! We stopped by around 7 PM wanting to send postcards abroad and purchase Global stamps. The cashier didn’t have them available at the counter, but a wonderful employee nearby (who seemed to be a manager) immediately stepped in to help. She kindly showed us that we could buy everything at the self-service kiosk, walked over with us, helped us use the machine, and even helped stick the stamps onto every single postcard. Huge thank you for going above and beyond! Such caring and helpful service really made our evening.

The staff and management are unbelievably unhelpful and seem completely incapable of handling even basic issues. There’s a total lack of urgency, communication, and accountability. It’s honestly embarrassing that a USPS location on the Upper East Side of Manhattan operates with this level of incompetence and customer service.

No one seems to know what they’re doing, no one takes responsibility, and getting even the simplest issue resolved feels impossible. It’s honestly embarrassing that this is the level of service being offered on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

When we got there there was only one passport officer who said she was “on contract” to take a break. On top of that she was rude not only to me but to several others. I don’t understand why they would have appointments open if their employees are going to take a break during appointment times. Doesn’t make any sense.
