Unhinged is the only way to describe the older lady with the bun. Trying to communicate your needs is simply impossible she talks over you, doesn’t listen, pushes the prompter when it’s not the time and screams. This is absolutely not acceptable and not a way to treat people. She should really be ashamed of her behavior. It’s a shock they run a government facility in this manner. 7/7/26 around 4:30 pm.

Adding an update to the below: I now consider these packages stolen. Multiple people have reached out claiming to be assisting me and then ghost me immediately after. So if you want dishonest thieves handling your mail, send it here. —— The most unprofessional customer service experience I may have encountered to date. On Saturday, I spoke with a worker named Emma over the phone concerning some missing packages I had previously submitted inquiries about. She said she had found two of them and was going to hold them in her supervisor’s office for pickup. I told her explicitly I would be at your location at approximately 6:30 pm on Tuesday to retrieve them. When I arrived today at the time I had indicated, not only were both of the desk workers on duty not able to locate my packages, they were both condescending to me. I even tried to brainstorm solutions with the first worker I interacted with at window 10. The customer in front of me was also picking up packages, so I suggested maybe my mail could be located where his was when she was unable to find it where Emma had originally said it would be. She did not even get up to look but rather dismissed me and told me to call Emma (though it seems she knew Emma had left for the day, so it seems she was just trying to get me to leave her alone rather than actually trying to assist me, which is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate conduct). I attempted to call Emma regardless and was not even able to leave a voice message. I then tried to talk to the worker at window 3 who further refused to even attempt to help me and repeated the “Call Emma” suggestion, though she too seems to have known Emma had left for the day. This has been an extremely frustrating experience all around. I went out of my way today to try to retrieve these packages when I already have a tight schedule. Not only that, this has been going on for three weeks now. A package with an expected 2-day delivery should not turn into something I have to fight borderline tooth and nail to retrieve while enduring disrespect and incompetence from people whose job it is to get me my mail in the first place.

Everyone who works here is a nightmare! Very disrespectful, and on top of that, they get angry if you press the red button for bad service. Horrible experience, I will never come back to this office again.

This is the slowest USPS location I’ve ever been to. The staff here work very inefficiently. The employee in the photo, in particular, was extremely unprofessional. After we had already waited in line, she told us to move to a different line because she said we were in the wrong one. Then she was away from her station for a long time. After about 40 minutes, she finally came back and started helping the people from the original line again.
