- JNJonathan NovakJun 4, 20261.0First employee I encountered completely ignored me, repeatedly, refusing to even look up from what she was doing when I asked her a simple question about where I could drop a pre-paid package since their package drop was out of order, while the other employee waited until after I spent time waiting on line behind the customer he was helping before telling me where I could put my package, implying I was dumb for not realizing where it was supposed to go. Hey buddy, did you know that people mail things of value that they won’t just leave wherever without knowing if it will be mailed or stolen, and that the post office is federal property and you shouldn’t just leave packages where you’re unsure without being explicitly told it should be there? I swear it’s like these people just don’t bother to think. Unbelievably rude and condescending.

I would assume the rest of these reviews is for the same lady who clearly hates her life and job. She honestly needs to be fired I hope one day she wakes up and realizes it’s not the deep to tape my label which I had to print myself since they don’t print ( fine) do you get commission off tape? Then tells me sometimes we do it as a complimentary one time service and I said well can you please do that this time she looks at me and says no…???? I wish I had a managers number not that they would probably care
- ARAshwini RaoMay 28, 20261.0Well-located and organized USPS, but skip the counter and use self-service if you can. Will is the only associate who is consistently helpful and professional. Arlene, however, is shockingly rude. At 10:30 AM she was already snapping at customers, raised her voice when I asked her to repeat something, and refused to complete a simple task (scanning a QR code and applying a label). I also watched her make hostile comments to others in line, including telling someone not to come back to her window. Completely unacceptable behavior that turns a quick errand into a miserable experience.
