I have been to many post offices, but I want to make a special shoutout to the clerk at this post office for making this office visit the least pleasurable post office visit I have ever had.
I approached the clerk with two first class certified letters, one of which was non-machineable. The clerk was not wearing his uniform, and had no name tag on. I presented him the non-machineable letter first, indicating that there were fragile items inside. He took the letter, started bending and folding it, breaking a whole bunch of things in the envelope, and said "it's machineable." Horrified, I protested, and was ignored. He then processed the second machineable item first, and asked me if there were any fragile items in the mailpiece. Assuming he meant the first piece, I indicated "yes" on the screen, only to be berated by him that the screen was referring to the second mailpiece. He then bypassed the survey, bypassed my option to have the receipt emailed to me, and then proceeded to process the second mailpiece. When I indicated to him that it was non-machineable, and that I had paid extra postage for it, he flat out said "there's no such thing as non-machineable first class certified." When I presented another receipt from the Albertson PO on Long Island, indicating that such a service did exist, he threw me out of the post office with the non-machineable mailpiece. As I was leaving, I could hear him barking at an elderly lady who had asked if they sold gift cards.
This clerk is the reason why people hate the USPS. Something needs to be done about him. I would give 0 stars if I could.

We scheduled a passport appointment in advance, but when we arrived, we were told they could no longer process it. This was extremely frustrating and a waste of our time, especially since no one informed us beforehand. Better communication and organization are definitely needed.

I came here just now for my 330pm appointment & I was told that they have stopped taking any passports for a while since they don’t have a passport agent in this facility. The postal worker here said they have already told the management to stop blocking appointments online. However, nothing has been done. What has happened to our Postal System?! Unless the people complain to their representatives, these problems will continue. Unbelievable!

I wish I had read the reviews before coming here. As others have said, despite being able to book a passport appointment at this location on the USPS website, this location in fact DOES NOT do passports. Perhaps this will change in the future, but definitely call them first to check before coming here, even if you successfully book an appointment on the website.
