Unfortunately the current head manager / boss of this station is miserable, rude, and on an insane power trip. Seems like her quest is to discourage people from using this post office and to create an unwelcoming environment. Mission accomplished.
Have had great experiences with the other employees over the past two decades I’ve been going here. Super friendly in light of such toxic management. Stay strong and thanks for everything. I’ll be going elsewhere and will miss you.

I'm not from here and one of the employees gave me an attitude after she has told me she was going to either charge me for take or sell me a new envelope. Where I'm from the post office just provides us with tape if it's a small opening so I was surprised by the charge. When I couldn't make a decision in two seconds she started to raise her voice. I understand it's busy and you "want to keep the line moving" and you're closing in 10 minutes. But that's no reason to be rude. Then her and another customer proceeded to talk about my attitude as if I wasn't standing right next to them. She was friendly with everyone else except for me.
