- IHIsabel Harper1 day ago1.0A week ago, I shipped a Depop package to a buyer in the ZIP Code and I wish I hadn’t. Whoever was in charge of delivering my package forgot to scan my package so now Depop won’t pay me until it is scanned. I have been going back-and-forth with this Post office to get them to do their job and they keep replying saying that there’s nothing to be done. So now I am out $100 because somebody messed up my delivery. Unacceptable.

- PTPaul TepperJul 6, 20261.0Very slow, understaffed post office. USPS should have much more staffing in a central New York City location serving thousands of residents and businesses. Estimate 20-30min here for the most basic tasks. The person I dealt with was also quite rude. Someone called me to tell me a package was there for me, what was their name. I didn't get their name. She said if you don't have their name I can't help you. This is incorrect, confrontational and upsetting. Then she asked my name and address and went to get the package.
