This post office is losing a lot of my business packages. My tracking almost ALWAYS show that it hasn't even been scanned. Most of my tracking stays at the same post office location for days, sometimes weeks before I see activity on it. It seems that they can't handle the mail volume and they just let it sit until they can get to it. It's unacceptable, my business is taking a hit and don't know how much longer I'm gonna be using USPS. Im considering giving UOS a try but they are further away to drop off my pa pages to, but I have no choice. Wish the USPS starts hiring people that love their job.

This is one of the worst postal services in the entire country. The staff is highly unprofessional—what's more, they don't wear name tags, thereby avoiding identification so they cannot be reported. I hope someone takes the initiative to improve the service at this location by hiring staff who are properly trained to assist the public in a professional manner.

Went in to scan my fingerprints for a travel doc, they made me stand behind a locked door to the passport office for an hour before letting me I n just to tell me their fingerprint scanning machine was broken and to go somewhere else. Amateur hour.

The customer service here could not be worse. The clerk yelled at me for using the wrong label and would only help me if I bought one of their labels. While I filled them out, she proceeded to eat her lunch instead of processing my package. Meanwhile the line behind me just kept getting longer. Only come here if it is your absolute last option.

Abysmal lack of efficiency. In the mornings (when I typically stop by to ship my packages), only 2 out of 12 (sic!) available windows are open and there is always a line with a 10-15 minutes wait. Only need to drop the package (since you did your homework and printed your label at home)? No matter - you still get the same line, waiting for, shall we say, "less efficient" patrons go into lengthy negotiations with the clerk trying to learn how shipping works. Or your luck might run out and there would be only one window open (so you better bring a book, because the wait would be about 40 minutes). If I was one hundredth as inefficient as this wonderful place, I would've been fired from my job decades ago... A cherry on this execrable cake is the "innovation," where you are presented with a smile/frown feedback display after you are done, with the clerk telling you to press the "smile" button (meaning, you had a wonderful experience) and carefully watching you as you do it.
