Line is always soooooo long here and the last two times I went the lobby smelled like formaldehyde. The Art Deco style building and architectural design in the lobby is very beautiful though.

One of the worst post offices I been to. How these guys manage to stay open until 8 PM and yet the service sucks and only 1 line available. I had to walk out twice because of this. Very unacceptable and highly disgusting.

So slow. The three times I have needed to go there, only one or two out of 10 windows are open… even when the line is long. Slow and tedious…

Be prepared to wait at least an hour for the 3 people serving customers. I actually watched a woman unwrap her amszon packages at the counter.13 people in ubers while she did it. Use fedex better service

I had a really unpleasant experience at this post office today. If you need to speak with someone in person at this location, you may end up dealing with an employee who is unnecessarily rude and confrontational. I usually avoid the service counter because the wait is often long and there are only a couple of employees working. Unfortunately, I had to visit in person for the in-person verification for a change of address (for mail forwarding). I arrived around 12:10 p.m. and reached the front of the line about 20 minutes later, just as another booth opened. I explained that I was there for address-change verification. The employee scanned my barcode and took my driver's license. When I started to explain that I had two barcodes, she immediately interrupted me and stated that the other person would need to come in separately. I had to start over and explain that both barcodes were for me—one under my current name and one under my maiden name. At that point, she became visibly frustrated and yelled, "WHY DO YOU HAVE TWO BARCODES?" I explained that the USPS website instructs customers to submit separate forwarding requests for each name variation. Despite that explanation, her tone remained aggressive and hostile throughout the interaction. I will admit that I didn't realize I needed an additional form of identification for the verification under my maiden name (it didn’t cross my mind since I only filled out the mail forwarding form this morning). However, making a mistake does not justify being yelled at. I ended up leaving, deciding to do the second verification elsewhere rather than dealing with her for another moment. Edit: I went to a different post office to complete the in-person proof for my maiden name and they accepted it with my current drivers license and nothing else.
