Finally a person came out of the back but they said they weren’t working and I would have to “wait for my colleague” who did not arrive. This is genuinely extreme levels of incompetence that strains even my wildest imagination. How could this be possible?

The staff member I dealt with was unnecessarily rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my shipment. Instead of providing assistance, they spoke to me in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them. I understand that postal employees deal with a high volume of customers, but basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. Customer service is an important part of the experience, and unfortunately this interaction fell well below that standard. I hope management addresses these issues, as no customer should feel uncomfortable or disrespected when seeking assistance.
