  dude I never complain on reviews but genuinely insanely useless person answering the phone line. they lost my shit and can’t even get a competent person to investigate. had a woman ask me a singular question, cut me off and then hang up on me without any follow up on multiple investigations launched into a package this location lost because they never scanned it in despite THEM doing the pickup. holy shit man I’ve genuinely never had such bad service literally anywhere.

  They have a couple of really nice people there, which is a shame that I have to leave this sort of a negative review. If you live in this neighborhood, make sure your package is to be picked up at the customer service window As it is unlikely they will deliver your package. The Manager hides in their office and won’t speak to you and will send a Letter Carrier out to represent them. This letter Carrier, who is pleasant will gaslight the heck out of you and do absolutely nothing other than help you with a re-delivery attempt or enable you to pick up the package at the window. Very often their Letter Carriers mishandle our parcels. They have rogue individuals already written up that have had packages stolen from their trucks or they deliver them to the wrong address and then they label the package as delivered, to cover their skin. That’s dirty pool because then you can’t file a claim. Their Union appears to be part of the problem . I was a steel worker and an educator . The team is protected us, but if you screwed up often and got written up, there were consequences . There’s absolutely no consequences for rogue letter carriers they don’t deliver packages. They will stick the note on the buildings lobby front door claiming there was nowhere to leave the package securely, which is strange because UPS, FedEx and Amazon deliver here all day and sometimes all night, without a problem. This PO needs a serious overhaul. Again , such a shame because there’s so many lovely people that work there. They know about the bad actors yet claim there’s nothing they can do about it. Again, if you Have anything at all that needs to be delivered especially something of critical importance do not let them deliver it pick it up at the customer service window.

  There were 3 tellers available and all offered to help....the only problem I encountered was this location not having any post card stamps available! Not a crisis, but should be corrected!

  Usually see familiar employees there that remember me if there's a problem. Hours are limited for service.
