- JSJessica S2 days ago1.0Went to drop off a quick package at this location day thinking it would be a breeze being that there are 11 service windows, upon arrival only 2 out of the 11 were open, the line was super long and the workers could care less. With This post office being in the center of midtown, there should be more employees to assist needs rather then hardly having any service windows open. I will not be coming back to this location.

- AAAlexis AApr 22, 20265.0The most beautiful and clean post office I have ever stepped foot inside. Normally when I go to the post office, the workers are rude and nasty. However, my experience at this particular Post office was pleasant. I was able to apply for a passport within 15-20 mins.

But for all the grandness and beauty of the old post office, the service is the worst and completely understaffed. Where there use to be 10-15 windows open, there is now 1, maybe 2 windows open to actually provide postal services. Avoid coming to this branch at all costs. It’s a real shame that this beauty has turned into a useless relic.
